Both counseling and crafting have been an integral part of her life, and she has found each one benefits the other. Sara Kassam, LMSW

Sara graduated from Columbia University (Go Lions!) in 2022 with her Master's Degree in Social Work with Advanced Clinical Practice as her specialty. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the University of North Texas in 2021. Sara pursued a career path in mental health due to her own journey of healing and restoration and is passionate about being a source of support and a beacon of hope for her clients!

Sara enjoys using an empathetic and tailored therapeutic approach when working with clients, as she believes there is no "one-size fits all" solution to care (it sounds cliché, but it is true!). Sara often uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and operates from a Family Systems theory and Person-Centered approach when providing services. When working alongside children, Sara aims to use creative and playful approaches. Sara strives to meet you where you are in your healing journey.

Sara is also bilingual and speaks Urdu.

Taylor Strong, LMSW

Driven by her own transformative life experiences, Taylor made the decision to obtain her Masters in Social Work. After graduating from the University of Southern California, she cultivated her passion for therapy through education and application of all that she learned. The challenges she's experienced has given her a deep sense of empathy and a strong desire to help others navigate their own struggles. She's particularly drawn to working with adult women, as she understands firsthand how complex and multifaceted life can be—balancing careers, relationships, personal growth, and everything in between. For her, the most important aspect of therapy is the relationship between the therapist and the client. Creating a safe, trusting space where her clients feel heard and respected is essential. She believes that real healing begins when individuals can feel secure enough to be vulnerable, to explore their emotions, and to confront whatever is holding them back.
